By using the services provided by Furbaby Bestie Pet Care, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Furbaby Bestie Pet Care offers in-home pet care services, including pet sitting, overnight care, daily drop-in visits, private pet daycare, and pet transportation.

All service bookings must be made through the Furbaby Bestie Pet Care website or directly with the owner. Payment for services is due in full before the first day of service. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Clients must provide notice of cancellations at least [X] hours/days before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Furbaby Bestie Pet Care and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All pets must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations. In case of a pet health emergency, Furbaby Bestie Pet Care will make reasonable attempts to contact the client. If unable to do so, Furbaby Bestie Pet Care is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care.

Furbaby Bestie Pet Care is not liable for the injury, disappearance, death, or any actions of pets in its care unless due to proven negligence.

Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
