  • We offer dog walking, pet drop-in visits, overnight pet care, and pet transportation services. No matter what your needs are, we are here to help!

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. However, due to high demand, there is a 50% cancellation fee for scheduled reservations. Cancellations occurring 24 - 48 hours before the reserved service date forfeit the entire payment amount. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible.

  • At Furbaby Bestie Pet Care, we believe in providing the highest quality care for your beloved pets right from the start. Our initial pet care consultations are designed to be comprehensive and tailored to meet the unique needs of your furry friends. While some businesses may offer free consultations, we have chosen to implement a nominal fee. Our consultations are conducted by experienced and certified pet care professionals who invest time and expertise to understand your pet's individual requirements. This ensures that we can provide the best possible care tailored to your pet's specific needs.

  • Yes, we are insured for your peace of mind and to make certain your pet is always safe. Pet sitter’s insurance provides coverage for your pets and personal property while in our care, custody, or control, including pets during transport. It also covers damages to the home or property.

  • The first step to booking a service is completing a new client registration form on our customized client portal. This will allow us to understand the specific needs of your pet. Once you have registered an account and created your pet profile, you can easily request a service by selecting your desired date and pet care service. Upon booking your reservation request, we will contact you to schedule a complimentary pet Meet & Greet. The Meet & Greet is a great way for us to start building a relationship with your pet while answering questions about service expectations.

  • Invoices must be paid in full prior to the scheduled start date of any service. We accept ACH and credit cards payments. You can also pay using Venmo or PayPal. Most clients pay for their service reservations during the complimentary Meet & Greet.

  • We care primarily for cats and dogs but have been known to care for some exotic animals, upon request. We are open to other animals, just ask!

  • We provide services to pet parents in the West LA region including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Playa Vista, and Marina del Rey.
