We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your reservation. However, due to high demand, there is a 50% cancellation fee for scheduled reservations. Cancellations occurring 24 - 48 hours before the reserved service date forfeit the entire payment amount. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we are insured for your peace of mind and to make certain your pet is always safe. Pet sitter’s insurance provides coverage for your pets and personal property while in our care, custody, or control, including pets during transport. It also covers damages to the home or property.

The first step to booking a service is submitting an inquiry form. This will allow us to understand the specific needs of your pet. Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you to schedule a virtual or in-person pet care consultation. The consultation is a great way for us to start building a relationship with your pet while answering questions about service expectations.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to the scheduled start date of any service. We accept ACH and credit cards payments. You can also pay using Venmo or PayPal. Most clients pay for their reservations during the pet care consultation.

We care primarily for cats and dogs but have been known to care for some exotic animals, upon request. We are open to other animals, just ask!
